Company workspace
Records belong to your organization.
Defined roles
Permissions reflect the work people do.
Visible history
Findings retain the changes behind their status.

Access follows
responsibility.

Company workspaces, user roles and configured site entry points support different ways of working, from a manager reviewing findings to a crew completing a form.

Company and role checks
Signed-in access is checked against the current company account and user role. Administrators, safety managers and viewers have different permissions.
Current account status
Session checks use the current account status. Disabled accounts and expired access are rejected when the session is revalidated.
Site entry for field forms
Site-code access can let a crew complete configured forms without a manager login. The site and enabled forms are checked before entry.

Keep the context
behind the record.

See how a finding moved forward and take the records you need into a review. Access to exports follows the permissions of the signed-in user.

A finding's history

Ownership changes, due dates and action entries stay with the finding. Closing a finding requires a verification note, so the reason for completion remains visible.

Authorized users can download form submission PDFs and export supported company records in JSON or CSV. Company data exports are recorded in the activity log.

Plan your record requirements

Agree how your
data should work.

Start with the records your team needs, who should use them and where they need to go. Include your IT and security requirements in the implementation conversation.

Public website analytics are scoped to marketing pages. Private workspace URLs and form contents are excluded from that tracking.

Common questions about access and data

Who can see our safety records?
Records belong to your company workspace. Signed-in access is checked against the current company account and the user's role, and administrators, safety managers and viewers have different permissions.
What happens when someone leaves the company?
Session checks use the current account status. Disabled accounts and expired access are rejected when the session is revalidated.
Can a crew complete a form without a manager login?
Yes. Site-code access can let a crew complete configured forms without a manager login. The site and the forms enabled for it are checked before entry.
Can we get our data out of Panora?
Authorized users can download form submission PDFs and export supported company records in JSON or CSV. Access to exports follows the permissions of the signed-in user, and company data exports are recorded in the activity log.
Does a finding keep a record of who changed what?
Yes. Ownership changes, due dates and action entries stay with the finding. Closing a finding requires a verification note, so the reason for completion remains visible on the record.
Is website analytics tracking what happens inside our workspace?
No. Public website analytics are scoped to the marketing pages. Private workspace URLs and form contents are excluded from that tracking.
How do we run our security review before committing?
Bring your security questionnaire, or describe your approval process, when you request a demo. The review covers identity, access and account administration; hosting, data handling and retention; recovery requirements and service expectations; and exports, integrations and contract terms. We confirm the fit, identify any additional work and document the agreed scope before rollout.
