The same dashboard used in Sheets, shown with invented records and a fixed review date. No account is needed to read this example.

For the people
keeping the project moving.

Know the item
Action, risk, issue or decision.
Know the court
Waiting on the customer, your side, or neither.
Know what to discuss
Overdue work, missing owners and time waiting.

Bring the spreadsheet
you already keep.

If your team keeps a RAID log in your current spreadsheet or tracker, start with those records. Create a RAID sheet from New sheet and import a CSV or XLSX file using the template headers.

  • The context behind each item. Bring its reference number, the kind of work, a short title and supporting detail. Keep the person responsible, the target date and the current state, along with whether it changes the scope or involves more than one team.
  • Keep the rows that need review. Unreadable cells produce row warnings. The original cell text stays with the imported record. An imported owner name must match the workspace roster; unmatched names stay in the original record and the item appears as unassigned.
  • A copy of your records. Rows are copied into Panora. This template has no formulas and does not keep a live link to the original file.

A next step,
with someone to take it.

The status says whose court the item is in. The owner says who is responsible for moving it forward. Keep both visible when you review the project together.

  • Your words for the work. Rename status labels in the sheet settings. New RAID sheets use your account display name for the provider label when one is set, or Provider otherwise.
  • Room for a pause. On Hold stays visible but is not overdue. Due today is not overdue either.
  • A clear finish. Closed/Complete and Cancelled stay in the status totals and leave the open-work lists.

From a row to a resolved item

  1. Assign

    A person and a date.

Choose an owner and set a due date. An open item without an owner stays visible in the dashboard.

  2. Act

    Make the handoff clear.

Update the record and its status as work moves between your team and the customer. Keep the next step with the item.

  3. Review

    Agree what is resolved.

Review the record together, then mark it Closed/Complete when the work is finished. The template keeps that status distinct from Cancelled.

Start with the
next conversation.

The dashboard puts overdue items first, then open items with no owner, then items waiting on the customer, longest open first. Each item appears once in that list.

Blank means unknown.

Scope change and cross functional each show Yes, No and Unknown. A blank cell is not counted as No.

See how long work has waited.

Days open groups open items by age. In an imported sheet, age starts from the record's created day in Panora. The nine-column file does not include an opened date.

The same review,
on a smaller screen.

Read the RAID dashboard on your phone. The court groups and review lists stack into a single column, with owners, dates and statuses written beside each item.

The example above uses the real dashboard layout. Its records are demonstration data, not a connected project.

  • The court is written out. Customer, provider or Court not set. You do not have to infer the next handoff from a color.
  • The detail stays with the item. Read the title, status, owner and due date without a wide spreadsheet table.
  • Try the example at your screen size. Read the demonstration dashboard
