Fleet
Panora is where your crew files its daily forms. Fleet keeps the trucks those forms already name, the defects on them, and the repairs, in that same place.
Request a demoThe trucks your reports already name
Your crew already names the truck on the vehicle report. Fleet keeps that truck: the unit, the plate, the class, and the odometer readings. Trucks named on recent reports wait in a tray until a safety manager or admin adds them with one tap.
Defects the crew already wrote down
A defect on a recent filed report, with no sign-off and no Fleet item yet, shows up for a safety manager to take. Taking it opens an item linked to that record. The record is not changed. A filed sign-off shows whether the reported defect was repaired or needed no repair.
Repairs, then what they cost
A safety manager marks the work done and names whose word it is on. You can attach an invoice photo or PDF. An admin enters the repair cost. Only an admin sees the cost fields.
Service due by miles or months
Service is due by miles or months, whichever comes first. The list is the company's own, confirmed by a safety manager. Nothing here predicts a failure.
Roadside reports, the register, and a monthly packet
Roadside reports keep the violations and a return due date 15 days after the inspection. The accident register keeps the day, the place, the driver, and whether anyone was hurt. An admin can seal a monthly maintenance records packet into the company's own records.
What Fleet is not
It does not say a truck or a report meets any rule. It does not send texts. It is in development, with a demo on request.
- Does this say my truck meets a rule?
- No. Fleet records are your company's own maintenance records. They do not say a truck or a report meets any rule.
- Does it text my drivers?
- No. Due items show on the Fleet page. Fleet does not send texts, email, or push notices.
- Who sees what a repair cost?
- An admin enters the repair cost. A safety manager sees the work. Only an admin sees the cost fields. Invoice attachments may also show amounts.
- What does beta mean here?
- Fleet is in development, with a demo on request. It sends nothing on its own.
