Safety work, with a clear way forward.

From a report in the field to a review around the table. Panora brings the records, responsibilities and next steps into view.

Your company's enabled modules, forms and access shape your workspace. Sheets is in beta.

A finding, followed through

The report is
the beginning.

The value is in what happens next: a person takes ownership, the work is recorded, and someone verifies the result.

Open each stage to follow a fictional example. This is an illustration of the workflow.

Report

Capture what needs attention.

A team member reports materials narrowing the marked pedestrian route in dispatch. The description and location give the reviewer a clear starting point.

Assign

Make the next step someone's responsibility.

The reviewer assigns the finding to the maintenance lead and adds a due date. Both stay alongside the original report.

Act

Keep a record of what changed.

The owner records that the materials were relocated and the storage boundary was marked. The action becomes part of the finding's history.

Verify

Explain why the work is complete.

The reviewer checks the route and adds a verification note. The completed finding keeps its report, ownership and action history together.

The tools around the work.

Start with the process your team needs. Bring the relevant capabilities together as part of your agreed setup.

Findings and follow-through

Give every finding a next step.

Keep the report, the person responsible and the work to resolve it together.

  • Assign an owner, priority and due date.
  • Add actions and retain a history of the work.
  • Record how the finding was verified at completion.

Digital forms and permits

Bring your field process onto a phone.

Use configured forms for inspections, permits and incident reports, with the records available for review.

  • Collect answers, signatures and supporting evidence where the form requires them.
  • Apply configured stop rules and required fields.
  • Review submissions and open permits by project.
How configured checks work

Stop rules check the answers entered against the rules set for that form. Your team remains responsible for assessing the work and following its safety procedures. Local answer drafts can be saved on a device; submitting requires a connection.

Site and contractor records

Keep the site context close to the work.

Bring project information, contractor records and daily crew activity into the same workspace.

  • Provide project-specific information and documents.
  • Record contractor company prequalification and expiry dates.
  • Review crew sign-in and recorded hours when enabled.

Emergency accountability

See who has checked in.

Give the people coordinating an event a shared view of who has been counted.

  • Run emergency events and drills.
  • Count people on the muster-point tablet, at the lobby kiosk, or on the board marked by the person running the event.
  • Keep an after-action report for the event.
How people are counted

The tablet, kiosk and person running the event update the shared board. People still need to be counted; Panora does not find anyone or track people continuously.

What the rule actually requires after an evacuation

Field safety resources

Put the right information within reach.

Make site safety information accessible to the people preparing for the job.

  • Organize safety data sheets in a site binder reached by QR code.
  • Maintain hazard-zone information.
  • Open and sign a job hazard analysis on a phone.

Dashboards and management review

Start the meeting with a shared picture.

See finding status, ownership and time open. Open the underlying record when the conversation needs detail.

  • Review work by facility and status.
  • Spot findings waiting for an owner or the next action.
  • Explore shared records and committee workflows in Sheets, which is in beta.

Common questions about the capabilities

What does Panora do?
Panora is safety management software for industrial and field operations. It holds safety findings, digital forms and permits, site and contractor records, emergency accountability and field safety resources in one workspace, with dashboards for management review. Your company's enabled modules, forms and access shape what your workspace contains.
What happens to a safety finding after it is reported?
The report is the beginning. A reviewer assigns an owner, a priority and a due date; the owner records the actions taken, which become part of the finding's history; and closing it requires a verification note explaining why the work is complete. The report, ownership and action history stay together on the finished record.
Can crews complete inspections and permits on a phone?
Yes. Configured forms for inspections, permits and incident reports are completed on a phone, collecting answers, signatures and supporting evidence where the form requires them. Submissions and open permits can then be reviewed by project.
Does Panora work without a signal in the field?
Partly. Local answer drafts can be saved on a device, so work is not lost when the connection drops, but submitting a form requires a connection.
What are stop rules, and do they decide whether work is safe?
Stop rules check the answers entered against the rules set for that form. They do not make the safety decision. Your team remains responsible for assessing the work and following its own safety procedures.
How does emergency accountability work in Panora?
You run an emergency event or a drill. People are counted on the muster-point tablet, at the lobby kiosk, or by the person running the event marking them on the board. The people coordinating it share that count, and the event keeps an after-action report.
Does Panora track employees' locations?
No. Panora does not track people continuously. The tablet, kiosk and person running the event record who has been counted; the board does not establish anyone's location on its own.
Can Panora hold contractor prequalification records?
Yes. Contractor company prequalification and expiry dates are recorded alongside project information and documents, and crew sign-in and recorded hours can be reviewed when that is enabled.
How do workers reach safety data sheets on site?
Safety data sheets are organised in a site binder reached by QR code. Hazard-zone information is maintained in the same place, and a job hazard analysis can be opened and signed on a phone.
