Compliance Ready

Compliance Ready keeps your monthly work hours, the OSHA decisions your people make, and a prequalification scorecard built from them. Each figure comes from records you entered, and a missing one says so instead of showing zero.

The OSHA decisions form for an invented sample case: employee, establishment, work-related and recordability decisions set to Yes, the classification set to job transfer or restriction, day counts, and a written decision rationale above a Save human decisions button.

Work hours, once a month

Enter hours worked and headcount for each month, company-wide or by establishment. Project, division and client rows are a breakdown and never add to the company total. A CSV import is all or nothing: one bad row rejects the whole file. A project's month can be seeded from crew sign-ins, and its note counts the shifts missing a time.

Decisions a person makes, with the reason

On the incident log, a person decides work-relatedness, recordability and classification. Panora stores each decision with its written rationale, who made it and the date. A recordable case gets a case number once it has an establishment and a date. Day counts stay as entered, and the optional 180-day cap never trims them.

A scorecard across four years

The scorecard shows the current year to date and the three years before it. Rows include hours worked, average employees, recordables by class, days away, TRIR, DART, LTIR and EMR. View it company-wide or by establishment, division, project or client, and download it as a CSV file. Rates use 200,000 hours, and a period with no hours reads No hours recorded instead of a number.

The current year-to-date column of the scorecard on a phone for a sample company: hours worked, average employees, total recordables with 3 unclassified recordables and 4 undecided incidents beside the total, then TRIR, DART, LTIR and EMR.

Nothing filled in for you

Missing months are not filled with zero. Undecided incidents and unclassified recordables stay visible beside the total. EMR is typed in from the rating bureau letter and never calculated. Each column names the lost-time definition it used.

Policies, EMR, inspections and deadlines

Record insurance policies with their limits and endorsements, and an endorsement nobody has decided stays Unknown. Record inspections and citations, and see a three-year summary with what is still open. A deadlines list sorts expiry dates for policies, EMR records and worker credentials by days left. It also shows three annual dates: 300A posting, the ITA submission and the 300A year-end review.

Every change on the record

Every save is written to the account's activity log, which admins can read.

What Compliance Ready is not

It does not decide recordability or classification for you. A scorecard is not a network approval. Deadline reminders are not switched on. Document uploads are not available yet.

Does Panora decide whether an injury is recordable?
No. A person decides work-relatedness, recordability and classification, and Panora stores that decision with its rationale.
What happens when a month has no hours?
The rates for that period read No hours recorded. A missing month is never filled with zero.
Who can use it?
Admins and safety managers. Other roles are sent to the dashboard.
Can we take the scorecard out of Panora?
Yes. The scorecard and the deadlines list each download as a CSV file.
Which calendar do the dates use?
Dates in Compliance Ready use UTC, and the pages with dates say so.
