A rollout built around your work.
Start with the process your team wants to improve. We will work through the scope, setup and pilot with you, then agree how to move forward.

A field report. A permit. A safety review. An accountability drill.Explore the capabilitiesA practical path
to everyday use.
Each rollout has its own scope. The sequence gives your team a chance to review how Panora fits before expanding its use.
Agree the scope
Choose a workflow to improve, the sites involved and the people responsible. Define what a successful pilot should demonstrate.
A written scope and review criteria
Configure together
Review enabled modules, forms, site details and user roles. Confirm the records and reporting your team needs.
A workspace ready for your team's review
Walk through a pilot
Have the people doing the work try the process from entry to review. Check permissions, record outputs and any configured delivery channels.
Feedback from the people who will use it
Review and roll out
Resolve the pilot findings, agree the rollout steps and confirm who will manage day-to-day use. Set support contacts and responsibilities in the proposal.
An agreed rollout and support plan
Start with the
information you have.
Bring a sample of the records or systems you want to connect. We can review the format, the intended use and what will be needed.
- People and sites
- Roster CSV imports include a preview so the team can review matches, site names and errors before applying the import.
- Records and exports
- Form submission PDFs and supported JSON or CSV exports help your team review and use its records outside Panora.
- Attendance feeds
- Panora has an attendance feed endpoint for a site's clocked-in list. The source system, identifiers and connection need to be reviewed and tested for your setup.
For other integrations, we will confirm what is supported and scope any additional work before committing to a connection.
Make the first
conversation useful.
A current form or an example of a handoff is a good starting point. Bring the people who own the process and the questions your team needs answered.
Review security and dataWhat we will work through
- The workflow, sites and people in scope
- Forms, records and review responsibilities
- IT, access and data requirements
- Pilot criteria, onboarding and ongoing support
Timing, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed in your written proposal.
Common questions about getting started
- What does a Panora rollout involve?
- Four stages. Agree the scope, which produces a written scope and review criteria. Configure together, which produces a workspace ready for your team's review. Walk through a pilot with the people who will actually use it. Then review and roll out, which produces an agreed rollout and support plan. Each rollout has its own scope.
- Do we have to move everything across at once?
- No. The intended starting point is one workflow: a field report, a permit, a safety review or an accountability drill. The sequence gives your team a chance to review how Panora fits before expanding its use.
- What should we bring to the first conversation?
- A current form, or an example of a handoff between people, is a good starting point. Bring the people who own the process and the questions your team needs answered. A sample of the records or systems you want to connect is useful too.
- Can Panora import our employee roster?
- Yes. Roster CSV imports include a preview, so the team can review matches, site names and errors before applying the import.
- Can Panora connect to our time clock or attendance system?
- Panora has an attendance feed endpoint for a site's clocked-in list. The source system, the identifiers and the connection need to be reviewed and tested for your setup. For other integrations, we confirm what is supported and scope any additional work before committing to a connection.
- How are pricing and timing agreed?
- Timing, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed in your written proposal, after the scope conversation. Panora does not publish a price list.
- Is Panora Sheets available to use now?
- Panora Sheets is in beta and is enabled by default for every account. A workspace can turn it off. It includes shared records, table and board views, committee meeting packs and a RAID log template.
