Panora is in beta.
Beta features are still being built out. Some are available in the app; others can be shown in a demo on request. Each feature below explains its availability. Feedback from the people trying them helps shape the work.

Sheets, the RAID log template, Jobs from forms, Pipeline SMS, Morning brief, Compliance Ready and the findings loop in Safety findings are in beta. Fleet is in development. The Beta label marks work still being built out; it does not mean the feature can be enabled in your account today.
- Sheets
- Shared records with owners, due dates, table and board views, and a history of the work.
- RAID log template
- A template inside Sheets for actions, risks, issues and decisions. Review whose court each item is in and what needs the next conversation.
- Jobs from forms
- A form opens the job, crews pick it on their other forms, and a close-out closes it. In beta, with a demo on request.
- Pipeline SMS
- A self-assessment of your pipeline safety management system aligned to API RP 1173, with the records that back each rating, gaps that become corrective actions and the management review on file. Self-assessed, not a certification. In beta, with a demo on request.
- Fleet
- Vehicle records, defects from daily reports, repairs and service due by miles or months. In development, with a demo on request. Fleet does not send texts, email or push notices.
- Morning brief
- One page for the owner before crews roll, read from the forms, sign-ins and incidents already in Panora. It is a page you open, and it sends nothing on its own.
- Compliance Ready
- Monthly work hours, the OSHA decisions your people make with their written rationale, and a prequalification scorecard across four years.
- Findings loop
- Part of Safety findings. Raise a finding from any filed record, have a different named person verify the close-out, and see the categories that keep coming back.
Choose what your
account uses.
Sheets is on by default. An admin can turn it off for the account in Settings > Modules. The RAID log template is part of Sheets, so the same setting controls both. Jobs from forms and Pipeline SMS are in beta and can be shown in a demo on request. Fleet is in development and can be shown in a demo on request. Morning brief is available on request while in beta. Compliance Ready is off by default and is not on the module list yet. The findings loop is off by default, and an admin turns it on in Settings > Modules. Request a demo to discuss availability.
For account admins
- 1
Open Settings.
Find the Modules section.
- 2
Clear the Sheets checkbox.
Choose which optional modules the account uses. Required modules stay on.
- 3
Save the module settings.
Sheets and its RAID dashboard are no longer available to the account. An admin can turn Sheets back on here.
