Visitor and contractor sign-in
Visitor and contractor sign-in is the lobby kiosk for each site. Anyone still signed in goes on the muster board when an emergency event starts.
Request a demoThe lobby kiosk
Each site's kiosk is a web page for a lobby tablet, and it needs no login. A visitor gives their full name, their company and who they are visiting. On site now lists everyone signed in by given name and last initial. Visitors sign themselves out from that list.
The view from the office
The Visitors page shows today's sign-ins for each site: name, company, host, time in and status. Each site shows how many people are on site now. A Launch kiosk button opens the kiosk for that site.
On the muster board when it counts
When an emergency event starts, everyone still signed in at that site goes on the board. Their company shows with their name, and they are included whatever shift you muster. The muster-point tablet marks them accounted for like anyone else. The after-action report says how many people came from the kiosk.
Ready on every site
Each site's kiosk has its own address, and it can use the site's short name. Visitor sign-in is on by default, and an admin can switch it off in Settings.
What Visitor and contractor sign-in is not
It does not notify the host when a visitor arrives. It does not print badges or take photos. A visitor who forgets to sign out stays on the list until they tap out.
- Does a visitor need an account?
- No. The kiosk works without a login.
- What if a visitor forgets to sign out?
- They stay on the On site now list, and they go on the board for any event until they sign out.
- Who can see full names?
- Admins and safety managers, on the Visitors page. The kiosk itself shows a given name and last initial.
