Project dashboards
Project dashboards gives each job on your account its own page. It shows what has been filed on the job, who is on site, and the hours since the last recordable.
Request a demoEvery job in one list
The projects page lists every job with its status, number and client, with active jobs at the top. Search it by name, number, client or status. The project map shows active and planned jobs at their site's position, with search and a status filter. Jobs are created during account setup, or from forms when Jobs from forms is on.
Hours since the last recordable
The counter adds up hours a person recorded on this job, and it is not a running clock. It restarts at the latest incident on this job marked recordable. With no recordable on file, the tile reads hours since records began. A warning shows while incidents on the job are still unclassified.
Who is on site and what is open
On site now lists crew signed in and not yet signed out, plus visitors still signed in at the site. Open JHAs are grouped by form, and open permits show their validity window. A banner shows at the top while an emergency is live at the job's site. Site information carries the address, the site manager, the emergency phone and contacts you can tap to call.
What was filed, and the hours
Submissions counts each form for 7 days, 30 days and all time, and lists the 8 most recent. Admins and safety managers record contractor hours per company per day, and each entry shows who recorded it. Entering the same company and day again corrects that day. Sections with nothing in them are hidden rather than shown as zeros.
What Project dashboards is not
It does not create or edit jobs, unless Jobs from forms is on. The map shows where jobs are, not where people are. Visitors and emergencies are recorded against the site, not the job.
