Clock-in driven accountability keeps an on-shift list for each site. When you start an event, you can muster just the people who are clocked in.

The Clock-in page shows each site's roster count and how many people are on shift. Paste the clocked-in list for a site, one per line or separated by commas. Each entry is matched to the roster by employee ID, email or full name, ignoring capitals. Each list replaces the last, so anyone not on it is set off shift.
A muster that counts the right people
When you start an event, you can choose to put clocked-in people on the board and leave the rest off. Visitors and contractors signed in at the kiosk are included either way. Someone who clocked in late can be added as a walk-up at the muster-point tablet.
On the record
Setting the list says how many people were marked clocked in, and the change goes in the activity log. When an event is limited to clocked-in people, the activity log says so.
Who sets it
Admins and safety managers set the list, and viewers are sent to the dashboard. Clock-in is on by default, and an admin can switch it off in Settings.
What Clock-in driven accountability is not
It has no ready-made connector for a particular time clock or badge system. It does not take a file upload, and the list is pasted in. Someone stays on shift until the next list replaces it. The after-action report does not show that a muster was limited to clocked-in people.
